水针疗法治疗小儿肺炎及对患儿免疫功能的影响

目的 探讨水针疗法治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果及其对免疫功能的影响.方法 选取小儿肺炎患儿186例,随机分两组,对比分析两组患儿的退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部哕音消失时间、住院时间及临床疗效,检测两组患儿的免疫功能指标.结果 采用水针治疗后,患儿的治疗时间显著缩短,治疗有效率为98.08％,且无复发;患儿的CD3＋、CD4＋T细胞百分率及CD4＋/CD8＋比值较治疗前及对照组显著升高（P＜0.05）.结论 水针治疗小儿肺炎显著提高了治疗效果,有效调节免疫功能,防止二重感染发生.

Hydro-acupuncture therapy in treatment of infantile pneumonia and its impact on immune functions

Objective To explore the clinical effects of hydro-acupuncture therapy for treatment of infantile pneumonia and its impact on immune functions. Methods A total of 186 patients with infantile pneumonia were selected and randomly assigned to two groups. The time of fever remission, the time of cough disappearance, the time of lung rale disappearance, the hospital stay and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. The immune function indicators of patients between two groups were tested. Results After hydro-acupuncture therapy, the patients had significantly shorter therapy duration, with effective rate reaching 98.08% and no relapse; the patients also had significant increase of CD3＋, CD4＋T cell percentage and CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio than before treatment and the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hydro-acupuncture therapy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect for infantile pneumonia, effectively regulate immune functions, and prevent secondary infection.
