基础承台大体积混凝土温度场数值模拟分析

摘    要:大体积混凝土受温度应力影响,严重时会产生裂缝.以某高层基础承台施工为例,根据三维热传导理论,采用有限元软件ANSYS模拟了承台大体积混凝土施工期间水化热引起的温度场与工程实测相对比,结果较吻合.另外,还运用ANSYS软件分析了不同养护情况对混凝土温度场的影响,结果表明养护情况对混凝土表面温度影响很大,而对中心温度只在降温阶段影响大,证明了养护在大体积混凝土施工中的重要性.

Abstract:Mass concrete can generate cracks influenced by temperature stress.Taking some foundation platform for example and based on 3D heat conduction theory,ANSYS is used to simulate the temperature field of mass concrete induced by hydration heat,and the results are consistent with the practical data.Moreover,the influences of different curing methods on temperature field of concrete are also analyzed by ANSYS.The results show that the curing situation has great influence on appearance temperature,and affect the central temperature greatly when the temperature begins to decrease.And it indicates that curing has importance on mass concrete construction.
