| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多发性骨髓瘤的临床特点。方法对40例多发性骨髓瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果①MM患者确诊时临床分期多为Ⅲ期,分型以IgG为主,占42.75%,其次为IgA、轻链型,分别占27.5%、30%;②大多数患者以骨痛、贫血最常见;③8例行骨髓免疫表型检查显示骨髓瘤细胞CD38阳性（荧光强度高）,CD56阳性,而CD45及CD19阴性或弱阳性表达。结论多发性骨髓瘤临床表现复杂多变,极易误诊。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical features of multiple myleoma.Methods Retrospective analysis was utilized.Results The stage of Myeloma patients is mostly phase Ⅲ.Monoclonal paraprotein on serum protein electrophoresis is mainly IgG paraprotein,42.75%.The second is IgA paraprotein and light chain type,respectively 27.5%,30%.Most patients showed symptoms of bone pain and anemia.Eight patients with myeloma were done with flow cytomety.CD45 is negative expression or weak expression.CD38 is highly expression,and CD19 is negative expression.CD56 is positive expression.Conclusion The clinical manifestation is complex and easily misdiagnosed. |
