| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种有源有机发光二极管显示屏(AM-OLED) 动电路的设计方法.分析了有源驱动电路的工作原理及特点,根据当前OLED应用的需求,分析手机所用显示屏应具备的特点以及OLED的优势.通过芯片选型,采用专用集成芯片驱动AMOLED显示屏的设计方案以用于手机显示.

| Abstract: | In this paper, the design of driving circuit for active matrix organic light emitting diode display is introduced. Firstly, the principle and the design of the driving circuit are analyzed. Then according to the current OLED application, the characters of the display for cellphone and the advantages of OLED are analyzed. Through the choice of chips, a project of using specific integrated chip to drive AM-OLED display is adopted in cell phone display. |
