案例式教学法在妇产科理论教学中的应用初探

摘    要:目的:探讨案例式教学法在妇产科理论教学中的应用效果。方法:将2003级2004级5年制本科临床医学专业,118名同学按年级分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用案例式教学法,对照组采用传统教学方法。结果:两组的学生的妇产科期末理论考试及实习考核成绩进行比较,两组的基础理论成绩无明显差异(P〉0.05),而病案分析成绩及实习考核成绩实验组明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:案例式教学法效果优于传统教学法,能够激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生发现问题、思考问题、解决问题,锻炼学生的临床思维能力,为临床实践打下基础。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the effect of case-based learning in gynecology teaching. Method: 118 clinical college students were divided into experimental group and control group by random. Case-based learning method was used in the experimental group and traditional learning in the control group. Result:The score of the final theoretical examination of the two groups has no significant difference(P〉0.05), but the experimental group's scores of the practice examination and the case analysis examination are significantly higher than the control group's(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The effect of the case-based learning is better than that of the traditional-learning. It could excite the students' learning interesting,and inspire them to find problems,think the problems, then to resolve the problems. It can also train students' ability of the clinical thinking and let them lay the foundation of the clinical practice.
