摘    要:目的:探讨枇杷叶总黄酮(TFL)对四氯化碳(CCl4)致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:72只小鼠随机分为6组(每组12只):正常组、模型组、联苯双酯组(100mg/kg)、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组。小鼠连续给药14d,1次/d。末次给药后2h,除正常组外,各组均以四氯化碳(CCl4)建立急性肝损伤模型。小鼠称重计算脏器系数,检测小鼠血清ALT、AST水平,检测肝组织SOD、GSH-Px、MDA、GSH含量。结果:与模型组相比,TFL能显著降低肝损伤小鼠血清ALT、AST水平;降低肝组织MDA含量,升高GSH含量,增高SOD和GSH-Px水平。结论:枇杷叶总黄酮(TFL)对CCl4致小鼠急性肝损伤有保护作用。

Protective effects of total flavonoids of loquat leaf on acute liver injury rats
Abstract:Objective:To study the protective effects of total flavonoids of loquat leaf (TFL) on acute hepatic injury rats. Methods:72 rats were randomly divided into six groups:normal control group, acute liver injury model group, bifendate control group (100 mg/kg), low, middle, high dose TFL group. All groups were orally administered corresponding drugs once per day for 14d. After 2h of the last administration, except for the normal group, the other groups were given 0.35%CCl4 in peanut oil treatment in addition to normal control group. Rats were weighed to calculate organ coefficient. All rats were sacrificed to assay serum AST, ALT, SOD, GSH-Px activities and GSH, MDA content of liver tissue. Results:Compared with the model group, TFL can significantly decrease serum ALT, AST level and the liver MDA content, can improve SOD, GSH-Px activity. Conclusion:TFL has protective effects on carbon tetrachloride-induced acute liver injury rats.
