半夏泻心汤加味联合西药治疗胸痹临床疗效观察

目的：观察半夏泻心汤联合西药治疗胸痹的临床疗效。方法：选取符合胸痹条件患者62例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组和对照组各31例。对照组给予常规西药治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予半夏泻心汤加味治疗，治疗30d后评定疗效。结果：治疗一疗程后，治疗组心绞痛疗效总有效率93.5%显著优于对照组71.0%，差异有显著性（P〈0.05）；治疗组和对照组心电图疗效总有效率分别为81.3%和76.8%，差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。两组胸闷胸痛、乏力、气短、心悸等主要症状的改善方面，治疗组和对照组差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论：半夏泻心汤加味联合西药治疗胸痹具有较好疗效。

Clinical observation on treating thoracic obstruction with the Banxia Xiexin decoction

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of Banxia Xiexin decoction plus western medicine on treating thoracic obstruction. Methods： 62 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control was given conventional western medicine; the treatment was treated by Banxia Xiexin decoction plus western medicine. The clinical efficacy was assessed with 30 days of treatment. Results：After a course of treatment, the total efficacy for angina in the treatment was 93.5%and 71%in the control, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）;the total efficacy for ECG in the treatment was 81.3%and 76.8%in the control, the difference was not significant （P〉0.05）. The difference of chest pain, fatigue, short breath and palpitations showed no significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Banxia Xiexin decoction plus western medicine were effective on thoracic obstruction.
