| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院2008年1月—2010年12月铜绿假单胞菌的临床分布及耐药现状,为临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对我院临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌进行统计分析。结果:3年检出的1 274株铜绿假单胞菌的主要分布在内科系统(502株)I、CU(409株)和肿瘤科(199株),标本主要来源于痰液(1 070株,占83.99%)1,274株铜绿假单胞菌对常用抗生素耐药率>30%。结论:铜绿假单胞菌是医院感染中的重要条件致病菌,对多种药物呈现高的耐药性,应加强临床病原学检测,根据药敏结果合理用药。
