| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于IP的视频应用中的3个H.264关键技术:帧间预测技术、差错控制技术和差错隐藏技术.对3个技术现有各种算法进行了比较和评价,讨论了各种算法的应用环境,并指出需进一步研究的问题.
