藿朴夏苓汤加减联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎脾胃湿热证临床研究

目的:探索藿朴夏苓汤加减联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(HP)相关性胃炎脾胃湿热证临床效果。方法:对我院2013年5月~2015年10月接收的105例幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎患者,按照随机序号分为对照组52例和观察组53例。对照组采用常规四联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用藿朴夏苓汤加减治疗,治疗结束后对两组效果进行观察比较。结果:观察组总不良反应发生率为1.9%,低于对照组的3.8%,但两组比较无显著性差异(P0.05)。不良反应未经特殊干预后自行消失,未对患者产生较大的影响。观察组治疗总有效率为96.2%,明显高于对照组的75.0%(P0.05)。观察组患者Hp清除率为94.3%,明显高于对照组的76.9%(P0.05)。结论:藿朴夏苓汤加减联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎脾胃湿热证临床效果良好,基本无明显不良反应,且能够明显提高患者的Hp根除率,同时提高治疗效果,因而值得临床借鉴使用。

Clinical study on the Huopu Xialing decoction combined with quadruple therapy on the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis of spleen stomach damp heat syndrome

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Huopu Xialing decoction combined with quadruple therapy on the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis of spleen stomach damp heat syndrome. Methods: 105 cases of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis were selected from May 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital. These patients were divided into the control group and the observation group. The former were treated by conventional quadruple therapy, the latter plus huopuxialing decoction. Results: the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.9%, lower than that of the control group(3.8%), and the results were not significant difference (P>0.05). Adverse reactions have disappeared, and have not had a greater impact on patients. But the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.2%, higher than that of the control group (75%), and the results were significant difference (P<0.05). The HP clearance rate of the observation group was 94.3%, higher than that of the control group (76.9%), and there was a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Huopu Xialing decoction combined with quadruple therapy on treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis of spleen stomach damp heat syndrome, has better clinical effect. There is no obvious adverse reaction, and can significantly improve the HP eradication rate and efficacy, which is worthy of clinical use.
