银稀土合金的氧化研究

摘    要:研究了银稀土合金内氧化的热力学和动力学问题。研究结果表明,银稀土合金的内氧化在热力学上是可行的。实验测出了银稀土合金的氧化动力学曲线和氧化速率曲线,结果表明AgCe合金的氧化速率大于AgY合金;O]在合金中的扩散除了和温度、时间有关外,还和合金中溶质的原子尺寸、原子电负性、原子价,原子序数、熔点有关。

Abstract:The thermodynamics and kinetics of internal oxidation of Ag-RE alloys were studied in the present paper. The result of the study showed that the internal oxidation behavior of Ag-RE alloy was feasible thermodynamically. The curves of oxidation dynamics and oxidation rate of Ag-RE alloy were obtained by the experiment. The result showed that the oxidation rate of AgCe alloy was larger than that of AgY alloy. The diffusion of O] in the alloys was changed with changing in some factors, such as temperature, time, atom size, atom electronegative, atomic value, atomic number et al.
