摘    要:目的观察电针配合康复训练治疗脊髓损伤的临床疗效,并对其进行客观系统的评价。方法采用随机对照试验(RCT)的研究方法,对照组28例,采用康复治疗及西医常规对症治疗,治疗组28例,在对照组的基础上应用针刺治疗,对其肢体功能、大小便功能的改善情况进行观察及客观评价。结果在改善患者肢体功能方面,治疗组与对照组之间比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01),在改善大小便方面,治疗组与对照组差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论电针配合康复训练对于脊髓损伤的治疗效果优于单纯康复训练及西医常规治疗,为治疗脊髓损伤的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation training in treating spinal cord injury. Methods A randomized controlled trial (RCT) was designed. A control group of 28 patients received rehabilitation training and routine expectant treatment. A treatment group of 28 patients received acupuncture in addition to the treatment given to the control group. Improvements in limb function and urinary and fecal voiding functions were examined and objectively evaluated. Results There was a statistically significant difference in an improvement in limb function between the treatment and control groups of patients (P0.01). There were statistically significant differences in improvements in urination and defecation between the treatment and control groups (P0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation training has a better therapeutic effect on spinal cord injury than simple rehabilitation training and routine Western medical treatment and is an effective way to treat spinal cord injury.
