摘    要:为了解决在面向大规模定制生产方式下,传统企业资源计划系统对物品编码、物料清单和工艺过程等基础数据进行管理造成的数据量急剧膨胀和大量冗余的问题,提出了一种新的企业资源计划中基础数据管理方法。该方法在对特征件、基本参数、间接参数和图纸参数进行管理的基础上,采用多物-码代替-物-码的物品编码原则,结合产品族信息模型建立与产品快速配置这两个产品设计过程,利用产品族物料清单、订单物料清单和订单物料清单配置器完成对物料清单的管理。同时,利用标准工艺过程、订单工艺过程和订单工艺过程配置器完成对工艺过程的管理,并给出了该方法在电梯制造企业资源计划中的应用实例。

Abstract:In order to reduce the expansion and redundancy of fundamental data such as item code, Bill of Materia(BOM) and process data coming from traditional enterprise resources planning system management under Mass Customization(MC) environment, a new method of fundamental data management in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) was proposed. With this method, based on the management of feature item, basic parameters, middle parameters and design parameters, multi items shared one coding was employed instead of one item holding one coding. Combing product family information model with rapid product configuration process, BOM was managed by using product family BOM, order BOM and order BOM Configurator. At the same time process was managed by using standard process, order process and order process configurator. An application was provided to illustrate the effect of presented method in an elevator manufacturer ERP system.
