| 摘 要： | 新型农用抗生素SN06是由龟裂链霉菌菌株MY02(Streptomyces rimosus)产生的一种多烯大环内酯类抗生素.该抗生素对多种植物真菌病害都有较好的防治效果.以昆明种小白鼠作为实验对象,以静脉注射、精子致畸、皮肤刺激性3种实验对农用抗生素SN06的急性毒性进行分析.抗生素SN06对小白鼠静脉注射LD50值为199.53 μg/kg.精子致畸实验结果表明抗生素SN06无致畸作用.皮肤毒理实验表明小白鼠对抗生素SN06无不良中毒反应.

| Abstract: | The antibiotic SN06 from metabolites of Streptomyces rimosus MY02 is a novel polyene macrolide antibiotic. And it showed antifungal activity against plant pathogens. The antibiotic SN06 will be employed as a new biocontrol agent or drug to supply for public demands.
