| Abstract: | This paper expounds the relation between the population quality and the social development, points out that the population quality of Shanxi Province can't fit in with the development of economy of Shanxi Province by far, and puts forward some channels for increasing Shanxi's population quality, focusing on making more labors receive the higher education and introducing more talents. |
