| 摘 要： | 采用造血祖细胞体外培养技术，研究阵发性睡眠性血蛋白尿（ＰＮＨ）患者骨髓多向祖细胞（ＣＦＵ－Ｍｉｘ）的增殖能力；骨髓细胞经酸化ＡＢ血清处理后ＣＦＵ－Ｍｉｘ的增殖能力。发现ＰＮＨ患者骨髓ＣＦＵ－Ｍｉｘ的集落数明显低于正常；骨髓细胞顷新鲜酸化ＡＢ血清处理后的ＣＦＵ－Ｍｉｘ集落数，明显低于经热酸化ＡＢ血清处理后培养的集落数。

| Abstract: | The hematopoietic progenitor culture method was used to investigate the proliferative capacity of pluripotential progenitors (CFU-Mix)and that of CFU-Mix in marrow cells exposed to acidified fresh human AB serum in patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH). It was found that the number of CFU-Mix of marrow cells in patients with PNH was much less than that of marrow cells from normal,and that the number of CFU-Mix of marrow cells exposed to acidified fresh human AB serum was much lower that exposed to acidified heat inactivated human AB serum in PNH. |
