针灸联合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫的可行性及对生活质量的影响

目的 评价针灸联合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫的可行性及对生活质量的影响。方法 选取2010年5月~2013年4月本院收治的110例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各55例。对照组给予康复训练;观察组在对照组的基础上给予针灸治疗,比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后运动功能变化情况。结果 观察组总有效率为92.73%,显著优于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后两组Fual-Meyer运动功能评分显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组治疗后的Fual-Meyer运动功能评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 针灸联合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫疗效好,能显著改善患者运动功能,值得临床推广应用。

Effects on life quality and feasibility of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy-induced hemiplegia

Objective To evaluate the effects on life quality and feasibility of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy-induced hemiplegia. Methods 110 patients with cerebral apoplexy-induced from May 2010 to April 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,55 cases in each group.Control group were given rehabilitation training,and observation group were given acupuncture on the basis of control group.Clinical efficacy and changes of motor functions before and after the treatment of two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment was 92.73%,significantly higher than that of control group （80.00%）,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The of Fual-Meyer scores of motor functions after the treatment in the two groups were higher than that before the treatment,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）, the Fual-Meyer scores of motor functions after the treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy-induced hemiplegia has a favorable effect,and improve significantly patients＇motor functions,and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
