委内瑞拉Caracoles油田固井技术

摘    要:委内瑞拉的Caracoles油田属低压高渗油田,尽管已经采取了完善的固井技术措施,但固井质量仍然不能满足油田开发要求。该油田特殊的地质、工程条件决定了其固井质量需求:在实现良好层间封隔的同时,实现层内界面胶结良好;采用可以对固井质量进行预评估的设计方法以更好的控制施工质量;防止由于井下发生井口难以观察到的渗漏诱发的气窜。通过实施壁面剪应力固井设计方法和提高水泥浆粘度的防漏方法,成功实现了对固井质量的控制。在20口井的施工结果表明:对主力产层CBL、VDL和SBT三项测井检查的固井质量优质率达到了100%,全部储层的固井质量优质率90.57%,合格率的96.23%。该油田的固井技术工作充分体现了先进、适用的特点。取得的技术成果对于解决老油田的调整井固井难题、新区探井的固井难题和储气库固井难题等具有重要参考价值。

Abstract:The reservoir in Caracoles oil field in Venezuela is characterized by low pressure and high permeability. Although the perfect cementing measures have been adopted, the cementing job quality couldn’t meet the needs of oil field development yet. The demands for the cementing job quality depend on the special geological and engineering conditions in the oil field. They include that, while a good interzonal plugging up is realized, a fine pay zone interface cement bond must be also realized; a design plan, by which the cementing job quality may be evaluated in advance, should be utilized so as to well control operation quality; and the gas channelling induced by undetected slurry leakage should be prevented. The cementing job quality was successfully controlled by means of carrying out the cementing design plan of wall shear stress and the leakproof method by raising slurry viscosity. According to the examination results of the main payzones in 20 wells by applying 3 logging methods, i.e. CBL, VDL and SBT, it was indicated that the high quality rate of well cementing was 100% and the high quality rate and qualification rate of well cementing of all reservoirs were 90.75% and 96.23% respectively, therefore the cementing technology in the field was advanced and applicable. These technical results achieved are of important reference value for solving cementing difficulties of the adjustment wells in old field, the exploration wells in new area and the wells in underground gas storage reservoir.
