| 摘 要： | 对攀钢新三号高炉的液压泥炮、开口机的遥控改造进行了总结。实践表明,通过对高炉液压泥炮、开口机的遥控持续改造,改进了液压泥炮、开口机的设备性能,降低了炉前设备故障率,提高了操作的可靠性并改善了操作环境,满足了高炉不断强化的生产要求。

| Abstract: | The transformation of remote control of hydraulic clay guns and taphole openers were summarized in this paper.The results showed,by the continuous modification of remote control of hydraulic clay guns and tap-hole openers,the properties of furnace equipments and the operation environments were improved.The failure rate of furnace equipments was decreased.The accuracy and reliability of operation were raised.The increasing productivity of BF was satisfied. |
