Shouldice 法和疝环充填式无张力修补术的疗效分析

目的：探讨疝环充填式疝修补术和shouldice术在腹股沟疝中的疗效对比和优缺点。方法：回顾性分析1998年8月至2002年2月间施行的35例疝环充填式无张力修补术和32例shouldice术的临床资料。结果：两组比较，从平均手术时间、术后下床活动时间、术后并发症和平均恢复正常活动时间均有显著性差异(P＜0．05)，随访24—70个月；平均38个月，术后复发率分别为0％和6．25％(P＞0．05)。结论：在无张力疝修补术中，疝环充填式无张力疝修补术疗效优于shouldice术。手术的近期疗效满意，远期疗效有待进一步观察。

A comparison of Mesh Plug and Shouldice Inguinal Hernia Repair LI Binhui

Objective: To compare the shouldice and Mesh plug hernia repair on treating groin hernia in offshore workers. Methods:67 cases were divded into two groups, 35 cases were perforned with mesh plug repair and others with Shouldice operation. Results: The median time of operation, go out of bed after operation and return to 100% activity and complication of post-operation were lower in Mesh plug repaired hernias than in the other group (p<0.05). Up to 70 months after the operation there were two recunences (6.25%) in the Shouldice group and 0 in the other group(p>0.05). Conclusion: The methods used Bard marlex mesh for inguinal hernia repair in offshore workers was a kind of operation that was simple, mini-trauma, recovery quickly, not any side effecting, fit of the offshore workers. It was better than shouldice operation.
