痤疮模型的研究现状

痤疮由于发病机制复杂,针对不同的发病机制采用的实验模型也不同。目前的实验模型主要包括在体动物模型和体外模型。在体实验动物模型主要包括兔耳模型、金黄地鼠模型、犀鼠模型、墨西哥无毛犬模型。体外模型主要是集中在表皮角质细胞培养和皮脂腺细胞培养。本文旨在对近几年的实验研究方法进行归纳,以利于在实际应用中选择适合的动物模型,为今后筛选防治痤疮的药物研究提供良好的实验平台。

Review on statue quo of acne vulgaris models

As the pathogenesis of acne vulgaris is complex,the experimental models of acne vulgaris for different pathogeneses are not the same.So far,the experimental models for acne mainly include in vivo animal models and in vitro models.In vivo animal models mainly include rabbit ear model,golden hamster model,rhino mouse model,Mexican hairless dog model,and so on.In vivo models mainly include keratinocytes culture and sebocyte culture.The experimental methods in the recent years are summarized in this review in order to select proper animal models in experiment and provide experimental platform for the screening of antiacne agnets for prevention and control of acne vulgaris in the future.
