| 摘 要： | 根据反相采样的原理,将数字相敏检波技术应用于电感测微仪中,提出了具体的实现方法和算法,并给出了相应的软件设计。通过实验结果表明,采用数字反相采样相敏检波法提高了电感测微仪的精度,能在精密和超精密测量应用中使用。

| Abstract: | The digital phase-sensitive detection technology is applied in the Inductance Sensor in the article according to the principle of the reversal phase sampling,the detailed implementation means and algorithm are introduced,the corresponding approach is projected as well. The experiments show that the measuring precision of the Inductance Sensor has been enhanced using the technique, and can be applied to precision and ultra precision measurement. |
