摘    要:建立离子色谱定量测定葡萄酒中葡萄糖和果糖的方法 ,应用CarboPac PA10(4 mm×250 mm)阴离子交换柱,淋洗液为20 mmol/LNaOH,等浓度淋洗,流速为0.8mL/min,脉冲安培检测器检测,方法检出限为0.1 mg/L。6次测定平行样,相对标准偏差3.2%~5.6%,葡萄糖和果糖加标回收率93.2%~104.5%,该方法具有准确、操作简便等特点,可用于葡萄酒中葡萄糖和果糖的检测。

Abstract:A method was established to determine glucose and fructose in wine by using ion exchange chromatography with pulsed amperometric detector.The samples were separated on a CarboPac?PA10(4 mm×250 mm) anion exchange column using gradient elution of sodium hydroxide,and the velocity was 0.8 mL/min.The detection limit of the method was 0.1 mg/L.The relative standard deviation of this method is 3.2%~5.6%(n=6)and the recovery is the range of 93.2%~104.5%.The method is accurate and simple,and is suitable for rapid detection glucose and fructose in wine.
