摘    要:目的:提高药学服务质量,增强患者用药的依从性,减少药物不良反应,促进合理用药。方法:采用回顾性调查方法对我院2009年收集到的90例药学咨询登记,从咨询者的身份情况、咨询内容两方面进行统计和分析。结果:90例药学咨询登记中,患者84例,占93.34%;医生4例,占4.44%;护士2例,占2.22%。90例药学咨询登记中,药品购买30例,占33.33%,居首位,这与我院是四川省省直机关医院的性质有关;药理作用17例,占18.89%,居次位;用法用量15例,占16.67%,居第三位。结论:药学咨询服务的持续开展,对未来临床合理用药具有重大意义。

A Retrospective Analysis of Drug Consultation Service in Our Hospital

Abstract:Objective:To improve the quality of drug service and patient compliance, reduce drug adverse reaction and result in rational use of drugs. Methods: Statistically analyzed ninety drug consultations which were collected from our hospital in 2009 by the retrospective investigation, in the aspects of consultant profiles and contents. Results: 84 were patents (93.34%), 4 were physicians (4.44%), 2 were nurses (2.22%). Drug purchasing (30, 33.33%) was on the top, pharmacology was the second (17,18.89%), administration and dosage were the third (15, 16.67%). Conclusion: The continuous improvement of drug consultation service is meaningful to the rational use of drugs in the future.
