| 摘 要： | 目的考察注射用头孢地嗪钠与果糖注射液的配伍稳定性。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定配伍液在室温条件下放置6h内不同时间点的含量变化，并观察其外观及测定pH值。结果6h内配伍液澄明，色泽无变化，pH值、头抱地嗪钠含量无明显变化。结论室温时注射用头抱地嚷钠与果糖注射液配伍6h内稳定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the compatible stability of cefodizime sodium for injection with fructose injection.METHODS The content changes of the mixture within 6h were determined by UV spectrophotometry.It's external appearance was observed,and the pH value was measured at room temperature.RESULTS The mixture was clear within 6h,showing no visible changes in appearance,pH value and contents of cefodizime.CONCLUSION The mixture of cefodizime for injection and fructose injection is stable within 6h at room tem... |
