| 摘 要： | 长治钢铁集团瑞昌水泥有限公司采用了辊压机粉磨系统,在系统调试与生产中,针对由于原料及操作控制等原因引起的辊压机运行不稳,导致系统紊乱等问题,采取有效措施并严格控制原料质量,同时添加有助磨作用的混合材,迅速达到了辊压机系统的连续稳定运行,实现了水泥粉磨系统的高产高效。

| Abstract: | Ruichang Cement Co. applied roller press grinding system in production. During commissioning and production, some problems as abnormal running of the roller press and unstable operation of the system occurred due to raw materials and operation control. Effective measures such as controlling rawmaterial qualities, using additives with grinding aid functions were taken to enable the roller press system running in continuous stable status. Then, the high production and high efficiency for the system was realized in short time. |
