| 摘 要： | 针对高等教育进入大众化教育阶段并在全面实施质量工程的现状。认为人才培养是高等教育的根本任务，高质量的本科教学是立校之本。质量工程的实施应以评建为契机、以项目为信托、以提高质量为核心。提高本科教育教学质量理顺教学管理的机制是前提、组建高水平的教学团队是关键、正确处理科研与教学的关系是有效措施、建立客观的质量保障体系是支柱。

| Abstract: | Higher education has been popular in the country and overall improvement of its level is in need. It is held that talent training is most important and high level is the foundation of colleges. Quality project must be built on the basis of evaluation. So it is essential to improve the undergraduate powerful teaching force. Correct handle scientific research and teaching and set educational level, and establish a up objective quality guarantee. |
