电站锅炉燃用混煤的煤质特性分析

为了能够达到保持锅炉燃用煤质的稳定、改善煤质某方面的特性或降低燃料成本等目的．目前国内燃煤电厂中采用混煤燃烧已经相当普遍。混煤的煤质特性中的工业分析、元素分析（包括全硫分）、发热量和灰成分，可以采用加权方法进行预测。根据混煤的煤质数据可以计算判别混煤的燃烧稳定性和燃尽特性．也可以通过计算出煤灰特性指数来判别混煤的结渣倾向。通过煤掺烧，可以有效解决部分锅炉结渣问题。
