Enterprise informatization operational system reengineering based on ITIL

Discussing on the topic from original concept of informatization and the meaning to an enterprise, analyzes the typical problems in the process of informatization, proposed that full recognition of the strategy status of informatization based on the idea of information service management system. And,it establishes and improves the operation and orgnization management system according to the process of informatization. This system is to improve the management capacity of construction and running of informatization, maintain the strategic adaptation between informatization and trade development, guarantee the effective and steady propulsion of enterprise informatization, provide a good reference path for practice of enterprise informatization in China.
