| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肝左外叶切除术在治疗肝内胆管结石中的作用. 方法 回顾10年来我科通过肝左外叶切除术治疗肝内胆管结石的87例病人治疗情况. 结果 本组87例术后残留胆管结石9例,结石残留率为10.3%.术前单纯为左肝内胆管结石者结石残留5例,结石残留率为6.7%;术前为左右肝内胆管都有结石者结石残留4例,结石残留率为33.3%:无手术死亡. 结论 肝左外叶切除术对左肝内胆管结石治疗有较好的效果.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of left lateral segmentectomy forintrahepatic lithiasis. Methods Clinical data of 87 cases of intrahepatic lithiasis by Left lateral segmentectomy in the past 10 years were retrospectively reviewed. Results No death occurred, 9 patients had residual stone in the postoperative, the incidence of residual stone was 10.3%; and 5 patients had left-side before operation, the incidence of residual stone was 6.7%; and 4 patients had both side before operation, the incidence of residual stone was 33.3%. Conclusions Effect of left lateral segmentectomy for left-side was satisfactory. |
