颅内血肿微创清除术结合中药治疗高血压性脑出血临床分析

目的：观察颅内血肿微创清除术结合中药治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效。方法：将70例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各35例，均行CT立体定位下颅内血肿微创清除术及西药常规治疗，治疗组加服中药治疗，观察两组神经功能恢复情况及疗效对比。结果：两组治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分均显著下降，但治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组疗效显著优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：颅内血肿微创清除术结合中药治疗高血压性脑出血疗效确切，可降低致残率及病死率，明显提高疗效。

Clinical analysis of minimally invasive surgery of intracranial hematoma combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective： To observe the efficacy of minimally invasive surgery of intracranial hematoma combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： 70 cases of patients were randomly devided into treatment group （35 cases） and control group （35 cases）, underwent CT stereotactic minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma surgery and conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and to observe the recovery of neurological function and efficacy of comparison between two groups. Results： The score was significantly decreased in both the two groups, but the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Minimally invasive surgery of intracranial hematoma combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage accurate can reduce disability and mortality, and markedly increase efficacy.
