| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、实地考察法、深度访谈法、案例分析法以及统计分析法从社会学视角对我国青少年体育俱乐部评估制度化问题进行研究并提出相应对策。研究认为，我国青少年体育俱乐部评估工作存在体制性障碍、缺乏经费保障、人员配置制约和缺乏评估理论及方法支撑等问题。通过完善法律法规、加大宣传力度、推行独立的第三方评估，以及加强自身组织建设等途径可以促进青少年体育俱乐部评估机制实现制度化。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the difficulties of the assessment mechanism institutionalization of junior sports clubs in China and proposed countermeasures from a sociological perspective. In order to promote the institutionalization in the assessment of junior sport clubs, we should take active measures, such as perfecting laws, increasing the degree of the publicity, carrying out the independent assessment and strengthening the building of the organization. |
