| Abstract: | By using ativity tracking,a compound from Aconitum coreanum which had strong inhibitory activity to bacteria was found.This compound also had strong inhibitory activity to Staphyloccocus aureus Rosenbach,E.coli,Aeromonas hydrophila,which was identified to be dodecahydrate ammonium aluminum sulfate(NH4Al(SO4)2·12H2O).The compounds(or complex salt) which contained NH+4,Al3+,SO2-4 were selected to study their inhibitory activity to bacteria,the result suggested that the active group of NH4Al(SO4)2 to bacteria may be the Al3+.At the same time,the inhibitory activity of some metal ions to bacteria was studied. |
