| 摘 要： | 目的 观察双环醇对慢性丙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法对40例慢性丙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各20例，治疗组予双环醇25mg口服，1d3次。对照组予维生素B、C，肝太乐等一般护肝药口服，疗程6个月。结果治疗组治疗第1、3个月末血清谷丙转氨酶（ALT）复常率高于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组患者治疗前后血清HCV—RNA对数值下降较对照组有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论双环醇治疗慢性丙型病毒性肝炎降酶效果明显，且在人体内可能有协助抑制HCV增殖的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical observation on bicyclol in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C. Methods 40 cases with chronic hepatitis C were randomly divided into treatment group （20 eases）and control group （20 cases）. treatment group was given bieyclol 25 mg each times, 3 times per day ;Control group was given ordinary drug for protecting the liver, such as vitamins, the course was 6 months. Results At the end of the fwst~third month in treatment group, the ratio of recovering to normal condition in serum ALT was higher than that of control group（P 〈0.05）.The reducing of log value of serum HCV-RNA was obvious difference between two groups after treatment （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Bicyelol can obviously reduce the serum enzyme of chronic hepatitis C ,and it maybe assist to inhibit multiplication of HCV in body. |
