摘    要:剖析了传统电网发展模式的局限性,指出大力发展储能环节,将有望从根本上解决大规模间歇式新能源的高效综合利用,可缓解电网运行中的安全压力,增强电网自身的调控能力,有利于实现节能减排目标,且有可能使发电及用电环节相互独立。指出未来电力系统的发展将主要依赖于在电网负荷中心设立分布式的灵活储能装置和负荷调控机制,并提出了未来电力系统中发电和输电网规划、设计、建设、运行及控制的新理念。

Abstract:Limitation of development mode of traditional power grid is analyzed.High efficient application of large-scale intermittent renewable energy can be solved with enhanced developing energy storage devices.It can also implement following requirements such as : the integration of large scale renewable energy sources,enhancement of transmission security reliability,end user customer service options,enhancement of grid-self adjustment and control abilities,emission reduction of generation unit and energy saving,possibility to efficient separate usage from generation.It is pointed out that the development of future power grid mainly relied on distributed flexible energy storage devices built in load centre of power grid and load regulating control mechanisms.Furthermore,the new evolutionary concepts for updating the design,planning,construction and command/control of the next generation power grid are demonstrated.
