青海电网水调自动化系统解决方案设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了青海电网水调自动化系统的建设背景与框架,分析了水调自动化系统共用已有系统资源的建设思路。提出了数据存储一体化、数据通信一体化、Web展示一体化和编码一体化的系统建设方案,说明了该方案的网络架构、软件部署方式及实现方法,并阐述了系统运行过程的完善与优化方法。经现场实践证明,该方案设计合理,系统运行稳定。

Abstract:The construction background and the structure of reservoir dispatching automation system of Qinghai power grid are introduced.Construction ideas that the reservoir dispatching automation system shares resource with existing systems are analyzed.The system construction scheme with integrative solutions for data storage,data communication,Web display and information coding are put forward.The network structure,the software arrangement and implementation methods are also described,and the improving and optimization solutions for system operation process are expounded.The field application shows the scheme design is reasonable and the system operation is stable.
