阿德福韦联合特异性树突细胞疫苗治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果分析

目的:观察阿德福韦联合特异性树突细胞疫苗治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效,为临床用药提供参考。方法:选择我院2009年2月～2011年1月收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者74例,随机分为对照组和观察组各37例。对照组患者给予阿德福韦治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予特异性树突细胞疫苗治疗。连续治疗12个月后,观察并比较两组患者肝功能指标、HBV-DNA、IFN-γ、IL-4的差异。结果:与治疗前比较,全部患者治疗后ALT、AST、IFN-γ、IL-4均有不同程度的改善,其中观察组的改善程度明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者HBV-DNA阴转率明显高于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用阿德福韦联合特异性树突细胞疫苗治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Effect Analysis of Adefovir and Specific Dendritic Cells Vaccine in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective:Observed adefovir and specific dendritic cell vaccine in the treatment of CHB.Methods:Chosen 74 cases from Feb 2009 to Jan 2011,randomly divided into 2 groups with 37 each.Control group were treated with adefovir dipivoxil,Observation group were given specific dendritic cell vaccine on the base.12 months after,compared liver function indexes,HBV-DNA,IFN gamma,IL-4 between the two groups.Results:Compared with before treatment,all patients with ALT,AST,IFN-γ,IL-4 were improved,observation group improved significantly better than control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).With HBV-DNA negative rate comparison,observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adefovir and specific dendritic cell vaccine for CHB curative effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
