| 摘 要： | 目的观察溴敌隆毒饵现场灭鼠效果。方法采用粉迹法调查鼠密度,在现场采用饱和投毒法投放溴敌隆毒饵。结果投放25d后,鼠密度由灭鼠前的24.6%~28.8%下降至2.0%~2.9%,灭鼠率为89%以上。结论0.005%溴敌隆毒饵现场大面积灭鼠效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of 0.005% Bromodiolone poison bait against the rodents.Methods The rodent density was investigated by the method of powder trace. Bromodiolone posion bait was put in the fields. Results 25 days after placing the poison bait, the rodent density decreased from 24.6%~28.8% to 2.0%~2.9%. The rate of deratization was above 89%. Conclusion 0.005% Bromodiolone poison bait had good effect on killing rodents in fields. |
