嗅神经母细胞瘤临床分析（附13例）

目的:总结嗅神经母细胞瘤患者的临床资料，探讨其临床特征、治疗方法及预后。方法:回顾性分析了中日友好医院2011年1月至2019年12月收治的13例嗅神经母细胞瘤患者临床资料，采用SPSS statistics 25软件统计分析患者的年龄、临床症状、改良Kadish分期、治疗方式与预后的关系，比较不同治疗方案的疗效。结果:年龄＞60岁和晚期（C/D期）的患者平均生存时间较短，术后放疗可提高患者生存率（P=0.003），接受不同的治疗方法生存率比较差异有统计学意义（P=0.010）。结论:嗅神经母细胞瘤多以单侧鼻塞、头痛、嗅觉障碍、鼻出血等为首发症状，易出现复发和转移，以手术+放疗±化疗+中药为主的综合治疗是较优的治疗方案，应注重对患者的长期随访。

Clinical analysis of 13 cases of olfactory neuroblastoma

Objective:To summarize the clinical data of patients with olfactory neuroblastoma,to explore its clinical features,treatment modality and prognosis.Methods:The clinical data of thirteen cases diagnosed as olfactory neuroblastoma and underwent treatments in China－Japan Friendship Hospital during the period from January 2011 to December 2019 were retrospectively analysed.Statistical analysis was performed to search for relationships between age,clinlcal symptom,Kadish stage,treatment modalities and prognosis by SPSS statistics 25 software.Results:The average survival time of age>60 years old and late Kadish stage(C/D) patients was short.Postoperative radiotherapy can improve survival rate(P=0.003).There were statistically significant differences in survival rates among different treatment modalities(P=0.010).Conclusion:The most common symptom of olfactory neuroblastoma is unilateral nasal obstruction,headache,recurrent epistaxis,olfactory dysfunction.It is prone to recurrence and metastasis.Attention should be paid to the long-term follow-up of patients.A comprehensive treatment(surgery+radiotherapy±chemotherapy+traditional Chinese medicine) is a better treatment modality.
