Nd^3+、Sm^3+惨杂对CuZnTi铁氧体热敏特性的影响

摘    要:对CuZnTi铁氧体的热敏特性进行了研究,材料的磁导率在居里温度再附近变化很快,通过改变成份中Zn和Ti的含量可以改变材料的居里温度的大小。在掺入稀土离子Nd^3+和Sm^3+后材料的起始磁导率μi在Tc附近变化速度增加10倍最高达791/℃。可以作为用于高精度温控开关的热敏材料。

Abstract:Thermosensitive property of CuZnTi ferrite have been researched.The TC of the materials can be controlled by adjusting the content of Zn,Ti,and the materials has very high change rate of initial permeability with temperature around their TC.The change rate of inial over 10 times up to even 791/℃ .High degree of accurancy of such magnetic thermosensitive materials permeability with temperature around TC increase temperature detect swith could be a good applicationof such magnetic thermosensitive materials.
