| 摘 要： | 介绍了室温硫化硅橡胶种类与应用范围。以脱醋酸型单组分室温硫化硅橡胶为例,介绍其胶料合成的预缩合反应和胶料接触水分发生的交联硫化反应原理、合成工艺及物料配比等,讨论了各组分对单组分室温硫化硅橡胶性能的影响,归纳了单组分室温硫化硅橡胶的主要质量指标的测定方法。

| Abstract: | Introduced the types and application of RTV silicone rubbe especially the monocomponent RTV silicone rubber whose type was acetic acid removal,included the reaction principle,synthesis process and the ratio of raw materials etc in the pre-condensation reaction and crosslinking vulcanization reaction which happened in plastic materials contacting with moisture.The influences of each component on properties of monocomponent RTV silicone rubbe were discussed.And the determination methods of the main quality index in monocomponent RTV silicone rubber were concluded. |
