| 摘 要： | 目的：建立可靠的清热醒脑灵片中栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法,Hypersil ODS2 C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）;流动相：乙腈-水（15∶85）;柱温：20℃;检测波长：238 nm。结果：栀子苷的线性范围为6.36～95.40μg/ml（r=0.999 9,n=6）;平均回收率为99.17%（RSD=2.28%,n=9）。结论：本方法操作简便,专属性及重复性好,可用于清热醒脑灵片中栀子苷的含量测定,为本品的质量控制提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method for determination of the contents of geniposide in Qingre Xingnaoling Tablet.Methods： The HPLC method was used with Hypersil ODS2 C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）;the acetonitrile-water（15∶85） was used as the mobile phase;the column temperature was 20℃;the detection wavelength was set at 238 nm.Results： The linear range of geniposide was 6.36-95.40 μg/ml（r=0.999 9,n=6）.The average recovery rate was 99.17%（RSD=2.28%,n=6）.Conclusion： The method is selective and reproducible for determination of the contents of geniposide in Qingre Xingnaoling Tablet,which provides scientific evidence for quality control of Qingre Xingnaoling Tablet. |
