| 摘 要： | 医生作为社会一种特殊的职业,其本身有着特殊的权利。通过对沈阳、抚顺两市的调查显示,目前侵犯医生的权利的现象时有发生。侵犯医生权利有许多原因,主要来自于医生、患者及其家属,还有医院管理、社会舆论导向及其深层次的社会原因。医生的权利理应得到保护,我们应该积极采取对策,维护医生的尊严和权利。

| Abstract: | Doctor,as a particular profession in society,has special rights itself.The investigation in Shenyang and Fushun shows that the tort encountered by doctor happened from time to time.This kind of tort has a lot of causes,but the most of them come from doctors,patients and their relatives,hospital management,public opinion and some deeper social causes.We should take some active measures to protect doctor's rights and ensure doctor's dignity. |
