进口巴西矿的球团试验研究

摘    要:以巴西镜铁矿为研究对象,进行了生球制备试验和预热焙烧小型试验。试验结果确定了生球制备试验的最佳参数和球团预热焙烧试验适宜的预热焙烧制度。生球制备试验的最佳参数:膨润土用量为2.1%,造球水分为8.5%(质量分数),造球时间为13 min,此时落下强度为5.0次/(0.5 m),生球抗压强度为11.26 N/个,爆裂温度为356℃,符合球团生产对生球质量的要求。球团预热焙烧试验适宜的预热焙烧制度:预热温度为900℃,预热时间为10 min,焙烧温度为1 200℃,焙烧时间为15 min,此时预热球强度能达到500 N/个以上,焙烧球强度能达到2 500 N/个以上,符合高炉对球团矿的质量要求。

Abstract:The study object was Brazilian specularite,the green ball preparation test and preheaingtroasting small test were finished for it.The results showed that the optimum parameter of green ball preparation test were: bentonite dosage was 2.1%,pelletizing moisture was 8.5%,pelletizing time was 13 min,the drop strength was 5.0 times/(0.5 m),compressive strength was 11.26 N/P,decrepitation temperature was 356 ℃,the green pellets were eligible for pellet production.The suitable preheating-roasting system was: preheating temperature was 900 ℃,preheating time was 10 min;roasting temperature was 1 200 ℃,roasting time was 15 min.This moment,the compressive strength of preheating pellet was higher than 500 N/P,the compressive strength of firing pellet was higher than 2 500 N/P,the firing pellets were eligible for blast furnace production
