摘    要:介绍了数控机床可靠性信息管理系统的设计思想,建立了数控机床的各类代码库和故障数据库。利用面向对象的程序设计方法技术,在VFP平台下,研制了数控机床可靠性信息管理系统,阐述了系统的主要功能及解决实现中关键技术问题。研制的数控机床可靠性信息系统已在国内数家大型机床生产厂应用,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:In the paper, the design idea of Information Management System about the reliability of NC machine tool is introduced, and all kinds of code-base of NC machine tool and the database of malfunction are built. Research and development on the Information Management System of the reliability of NC machine tool by use of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) technique on VFP (Visual FoxPro) platform are carried out. The critical technical problems of the system are solved and the major functions of the system are also discussed. The Information Management System about the reliability of NC machine tool,proposed has been applied in many large machine tool works, and obtained better results.
