正弦绕组在Y2系列电机中的应用

摘    要:通过对三相实用型单双层混合不等匝正弦绕组(以下简称正弦绕组)与普通单层或双层绕组(以下简称普通绕组)进行性能对比,阐明正弦绕组比普通绕组不仅有较宽的微调范围,且绕组的线圈平均半匝长比普通绕组短。当二者的性能处在同一水平时,正弦绕组电机的制造成本比普通绕组电机降低10%左右。

Abstract:The performance difference of the single-double layer unequal turns sine winding(hereafter called sine winding) between that of the common single layer or double layers winding(hereafter called common winding) was compared.The conclusion was that the sine winding not only had a wider adjustable range,but also a shorter average half turn length than that of a common winding.Provided the performance of the motor are at the same level,the cost of sine winding would be 10% lower than that of the common winding.
