板坯连铸漏钢与铸机设备精度之间的关系

摘    要:分析了武钢二炼钢2号板坯连铸机2002年17次漏钢的原因,认为连铸机设备精度不够是造成漏钢的主要原因。通过严格监控连铸机设备精度;调整振动机构使结晶器振幅达到要求,振动偏摆降至0.2mm;稳定结晶器倒难度;铜板接缝小于0.3mm;结晶器铜板本体材质改为Cu-Cr-Zr;结晶器与二冷段对弧误差小于0.5mm;定期更换设备等措施,使2号机在2003年达到全年无漏钢事故。

Abstract:Causes to breakouts for 17 times in the No. 2 Slab Caster of the 2nd Steel-making Plant of WISCO in 2002 are analyzed Concluded that the primary cause of the breakout is inadequate precision of the slab casting machine. The accidents of breakout for the No. 2 slab Caster is completely avoided in 2003 by taking a series technical measures to strictly control the precision of the continuous casting machine such as adjustment of the oscillating mechanism and reduction of oscillating deviation of the mould to less than 0. 2 mm; stabilization of the inverted taper of the mould; decrease of the weld seam of the mould into less than 0. 5 mm; use of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy as the mould copper plate; strict control of the tolerance of alignment between the mould and the segment within less than 0. 5 mm; and exchange of equipments regularly.
