| 摘 要： | 成就动机是激发人通往成功的一种内在机制和推动力量，学生阶段是人生获得成就的基础和关键性阶段。培养学生的成就动机，核心是要培养他们学习的成功体验，关键是要培养他们的成就欲望，重点是要培养他们正确对待成败的明念。

| Abstract: | Achievement motive is a kind of inner mechanism and driving force what inspires people to get access to success.While the phrase of being a student is the basic,the key process to success.So,in this outside the author thinks the core of cultivating students'achievement motives is to develop their achievement experience of studying,the key to which is to foster their achievement thirst,and the focal point of which is for sure to educate them how to face success and failure. |
