一种多功能注水井井口控制器的研制及应用

注水井井口止回阀一旦失效,造成意外停注后,将会引起地层水倒灌,造成地面管线和注水设备损破.另外,合注井和油套分注井通常是依靠地面阀门控制流量,由于该阀门极容易损坏,增加了维护费用.因此,研制了一种多功能注水井井口控制器.该装置安装在井口注水管线上,集控制流量和阻断地层水2种功能于一体,已在17口井上成功应用,且操作简单、维护检修方便.

Research and application of the well head controller in inject water

At present, maintenance and repair about well head check valves are not inconvenience on water wells. Once invalidation, it will cause that formation water pour in back, resulting in the breakage of the tube line on ground and injecting equipments. On the other hand,control of flow rate usually depends on ground valves on full zone and tubing-casing separated injectors. So the valves are damaged easily,that increases expense. According to this phenomenon, a kind of multifunctional well head controllers is developed. The equipments are connected to injecting tube line on ground. Two functions of control of flow rate and single flowing are integrative. The application of 17 wells in Tuha oil field shows the equipment has simple handling in fields, convenient maintenance, novelty structure and excellent innovation and practicability.
