盾构刀盘虚拟样机优化设计与研究

摘    要:以Pro/E软件为图形平台,对不同地质条件下的盾构刀盘、刀具进行三维实体建模,并将三维模型导入ANSYS软件进行有限元受力分析及应力、应变的数值计算,及时修改结构设计,并进行刀盘整机的虚拟装配及干涉检查,成功实现了盾构刀盘虚拟样机的优化设计。

Abstract:The paper establishes the three-dimension solid models for the cutterhead and tool of TBM in different geological conditions by Pro / E software, and the three-dimension model is introduced into the ANSYSsoftware to make the finite element stress analysis, calculation to the stress and strain,timely modification to the structural design, virtual assembly and interference check between the cutterhead and TBM, which lead to the realization of the optimization design to the virtual prototype of TBM cutterhead.
